Default Fall Wash

Weather has been in the 70's all this week. Couldn't resist the opportunity to uncover the 07 Coupe and give it a good washing this afternoon. It looks so perty!!! You know I had to take it out for a 'dry-off' spin up the road & back. She still continues to get folks to gawk at her when she's 'out and about' strutting her stuff!!! She wants to go for a real drive tomorrow. Guess I'll have to knuckle under and let her 'stretch her legs' tomorrow.

Toodles!!!

I hear ya. Doing the valve cover gasket this weekend, cleaning her up, and then gonna enjoy that whine! Hate to say it but even here in sunny south Florida, she's been in the garage for 2 months untouched.

Not sure if you've looked around for the experiences of others fixing the oil leakage/seepage from the "breather covers". If not, check out these threads for the "breather cover" gasket repairs:

1) Valve Cover Seal

2) Valve Cover Leak

Good luck with your repair.
