Fall Reflections
Been detailing this 04 coupe that I picked up about a month ago to compliment our 06 Roadster. It only has 17,000 miles on it and I'd like to think I stoled it. Although the exterior was somewhat neglected during its formative years so its been a challenge.
Fall is in the air in Alaska and the snow is beginning to work its way down the mountains.
Enjoy the reflection.

Both cars are looking great guys. I have been on the road for 3 weeks now and my car could use some TLC. On a high note Rudy has been working his magic under the hood and the car has never run better. Near perfection I would say.
Thanks guys for the compliments. When I bought the car and I knew what I was getting into. I've had black cars in the past and swore I'd never get another one, but the deal was to good for me to pass on. The car had a ton of scratches all over it from a previous owner who it looks like wiped the car down (multiple times) when it had a lot of grime on it. Had to remove the side strakes to get in there with my RA buffer. Used Meguiars Ultimate Compound (a bit more aggressive stuff in some really bad areas), followed by Mequiars Swirl X Remover, three coats of Glare (sorry Mike but I love that stuff) and then a final wipe down with Meguiars Ulitmate Quick Detailer to help get rid of some of the static charge the built up for all the hand rubbing I did. It isn't perfect but it's a lot better than it was. After the exterior was finished I removed and detailed the wheel wells, repainted the rotors, put on Posi-Quite ceramic pads, and cleaned and polished the rims. And the list goes on.
