What diameter piping are you going with? What flavor of SS are you using?

I'm using a pipe with a diameter of 60 cm (24 inch i think) and stainless steel 304!
Now my original exhaust is with a reflexion muffler and
the exhaust I'm going to make is with a absorption muffler!
The difference is that a reflexion muffler has more back pressure which isn't so good.
The absorption muffler gives more low frequency tones!

Thumbs up Re: Under-construction! Custom made exhaust!

Nice job stepping up and making something yourself and who knows, maybe you could export them here for a truly unique product. Made by a Crossfire enthusiast for the Crossfire enthusiast.

That's not a bad idea. "Home Made Stainless Steel Exhaust".
In Belgium I won't have a lot of work. There are only 5
Crossfires on the road.

Thanks

I always did that kind of thinks like making exhausts, tinting windows, place other bumpers, place "ICE" in the trunk and lowering on my cars, its a passion of mine! Even some of my friends and other people have also a "Jenzie-Custom-made Exhaust" under their vehicle! And it doesn't cost a lot of money when its custom-made! This exhaust just gonna cost me about 1OO€!

Nice work Jenzie! Just what I like to see, someone thinking for themselves and getting on and doing it. Most people would have just bought a ready-made silencer and welded the tips on.

Finally everything is done. I finished my exhaust this morning!
I have taken some pics and let my girlfriend drive so i could make a soundclip!
I think the noise is almost the same as a Magnaflow or Borla exhaust!
