Default www.inmotionusa.com ???

www.inmotionusa.com

Anybody have any personal experience with these guys ?

They seem to have the best price for the ECU re-flash for our cars.

Pretty much apples to oranges since I don't have a hand built AMG supercharged motor under my particular hood (unfortunately).

get a price on the SLK320, from what I've heard it's cheaper because there is no demand for that car anymore.

Two tenths in the 1/4 with reflash. Now I have a custom chip, going to the track again this weekend. I will post results if the track is open.

Just flashed my ecu with the ByteShooter mini that I borrowed from James at InMotion (via a deposit), and in combination with my MB 5 liter airbox, Magnaflow exhaust, and sprintbooster, it is a whole new car !!!

Spins the Michelin's in 1st, pushes you back in 4th when you floor it at 3,500 rpm, smoother thru the whole range, still docile at 1,500 rpm in the neighborhood.

James has been great to work with too. Highly recommended!!!

I don't know how much HP the InMotion Tune has brought me but I know their tuning has picked me up over 4 tenths in the 1/4 mile. Here is how it breaks down: 12.87@108 stock ECU 12.65@110 (stage 2 reflash no chip). Then a custom tune(stage 3 tuning with a chip) turned a 12.46@111.9. That's with a hugh traction problem, I know the car is good for a 12.3@113.

With those kind of gains I think it would translate to 30 to 40 HP gain. Not to menition that James is one Hell of a guy to work with (IMO).

PS My car is the fastest one out there with no pulley change, MB or Xfire. This info. based on Dragtimes.com
