Default TVT Design *Exhaust Clip*

First, let me apologize for the visual quality of the video. Second, as many times as I've tried, I just can't get a sound clip to do this exhaust justice.

Ok enough excuse making, here you go...

Enjoy!!!

Intenseblu, I know you are far more savvy then I am with computers. Is there a better way to upload this?

And yes the exhaust is in the works, but like I've explained to a few of you it's out of my hands and up to the people producing it to move it faster. I just suppley the car, money, and idea. My welding skills aren't quite there yet.

I did the exact same thing champ.

The exhaust sounds nice; a bit on the buzzy side upon the cold-start, but the inside note is ****. Any detrimental loss on backpressure (TQ), by going to the dual-pipe setup?

We produce everything but the exhaust. We do not have the capability of mandrel bending and fabbing up an exhaust in a cost effective manner. Our prototype was a cut and weld system, not something I would sell as a show quality piece.

Instead of creating a subpar product, I'm working with a fab shop in the area that has the capability of mandrel bending to bring you a much better product. It's simple outsourcing.

Exactly.

Just as is the case with Nissan, where I work: Johnson Controls is the company which produces our seats. They already have tooling set up, and it's cheaper for us to buy their product that put forth R&D and setup costs into getting a dedicated "seat line" installed in the plant. But when you buy an altima, you buy "seats and all" with our name embroidered on EVERYTHING.

Sucks, but JCI gets their dime so it's all good.

i applaud you for that for one ...

as others have mentioned, dump it on streetfire or youtube and make sure to brand it with keywords of TVT design crossfire exhaust so that people searching for exhaust clips for the xf there will know who created that sweet sounding system and send their money your way.

very very nice work again...

We're working on a price and finished product and are hoping to be finished with 10 units in the next couple of weeks.

It is on Youtube now. Search TVT Exhaust.

Happy Holidays!

so whats the deal your gonna have only 10 exhaust systems and then gonna have to wait forever for more, is it first come first serve or are you taking orders or what, i really am just thinking about doing this exhaust myself along with a performance shop thinking it will be easier and less hassle worrying about parts being in, in your exhaust clip is that the actual exhaust that will be in production or is that one with no cats or with cats or high flows, i remember you saying the exhaust for sale would be toned down. i want this exhaust within a couple weeks or whenevers possible but im not gonna be fighting people for it ill build it and still wondering on price maybe that will send me to build it also. I was told this exhaust would be done end of december, times a ticking!!!
