Is Water Wetter from Redline compatible with our factory OEM coolant ????

Yes, should be fine with just about any brand name coolant used today. Works well with just water as well however I would stick with 50/50.

The label on the bottle gives various ratios if I remember correctly.
I think Autozone has it in stock all the time.
