Do you like this muffler?
I was looking around on eBay and found this muffler that is $150 on Andy's Auto Sport for $35 on Ebay and I kinda like it for some reason.
I don't know how soon I'll get it put on, because I'm probably going to wait until the weather breaks so I can take it somewhere to get it done, or at least a day or so after a good rain to wash the salt off the roads. The inlet is 2.5" so I'm thinkin on getting a new rear section made, especially so I still have the stock exhaust to put back on if I want. How much do you think it would cost for installation?
i think since the canisters are larger than the tips they are a part of it will look like two APC fart cannons sticking out the back ... so yea every civic tuner in town will be scoping it out.
sorry to be mean about it but i would not put it on any car. the silencers are a crutch for a bad universal design as well.
but to each there own ... there is a mustang GT running around with fart cannons around here ... to most it looks silly but i bet it floats his boat.

I like the look of the twin mufflers on the Magnaflow, but:
1. It's too damn expensive
2. Compare the welds on that and pictures of the Magnaflow, it's sad to say but that cheaper universal part looks to be of better quality.
3. Every picture I've seen of the Magnaflow its crooked.
4. I dislike oval tips
5. I'd like to try something different
If I wanted to be ricey i would have gotten the burnt tips and carbon fiber. I will take the silencers off too. Also, looking at the dimensions of those mufflers (only a 4" round by 12" long case and 3.5" tip), it looks like they will be smaller than they look in the pictures.

I've been thinking maybe this muffler would look good by painting the whole thing except the tips flat black. Does anyone know if you can use high-temp paint on stainless?
For 35 bucks ? Go for it ! You could always turn around and sell'em to the kid down the street with the Honda.
Heck, you may even start a trend ! Can you say Group Buy ?
Like to hear your feedback if you decide to go with it.

I've seen those Wize mufflers before......
I really only have one big problem with them....they claim that it's supposed to increase power by trying to eliminate backpressure. On a car with 2 intake valves and only 1 exhaust valve I want to increase flow without reducing backpressure.
I'll be interested in hearing how it works for you!
