Straight forward question: Single or twin Induction? Which is better?

Look closely and you can see it sticking out.
Thanks for the help, with the thermometer on the outside, I guess the temp change on the dashboard is no reflection on how quickly the hot air is exchanged in the engine compartment. Oh well.
