California Vehicles Emissions
Hi Guys,
Vehicles that were sold for the California market have more restrictions with respect to the other states.
From my knowledge there should not be restrictions since OBDII compliance was introduced before 04.
Any inputs?

the car's emissions where designed around regulations in Europe not Kalifornia.
I believe the emissions requirements in Germany are much more stringent than those found here in Kali.
