Help!!!
my belt is pissing me off, it looks to be in great condition but it squeals! i admit i washed under the hood recently but i left the engine on since my brother said it will prevent anything from getting into the engine. everything was fine but that damn squeal wont subside. i went to the auto parts store to get belt dressing but that doesnt seem to help ive already dont like two applications and i dont think i should do anymore since the thing might just lube right off

ive been looking on ebay with the numbers i got off the belt itself but i cant seem to find what im looking for. i would much prefer to replace the belt with the exact one instead of one from an auto parts store. i could go to the dealership but i dont feel like paying out the *** and if so how much do you think it would run and should i go there to replace it? i know some people at jiffy lube which hook it up so i would much rather go there. pleaase reply asap seeing as how i dont know much about cars i dont want this problem to get worse. the squeal has only been around for at most a week. someone said it might be the catalytic converter or a pulley issue but im going to start with the belt. thanks for your help guys!
