Cool 2004 chrysler crossfire coolant light problem.

I have a 2004 chrysler crossfire and the coolant light keeps coming on but the car is not overheating. Sometimes it comes on when the car is still cold or when I use the ac or defroster. Can someone tell me what it could be?

I was having the same problem the other day. I tried adding some distilled water to bring the reservoir up and I haven't noticed it again. I noticed there is no fill line on the reservoir, which is unusual. I was not sure how far to fill it, but I filled it most of the way. I was thinking any excess will force itself out of the pressure valve once it warms up.
