soooooo...i got the fever to trick my stuff out but not all big sounding ******* attracting style, just secret MB mods under the hood that only i know about and that will set me apart from these yuppie mid life crises. so i got a C class air box on the way im not sure about what kind of induct tubing,srt 6 maybe? i also read somewhere about a maf upgrade and something about an elbow? throttle body? this is what im really concerned in right now in the future with more cash i think i will be looking into a ecu tune and maybe a nice exhaust. any dangers with these mods, i do not fear losing my warranty seeing as how its impossible for the dealership to honor it. any suggestions will be gladly welcome! thanks guys!

 

I have the 74mm throttle body, elbox with vanes removed, and larger diamter MAF pipe, all from TVT.

Highly recommend, really gives great throttle response, good low end, much improved mid range, and goes fight up to redline pulling strong. I have the CAI and magnaflow to get the air in & out, and of course the computer tune is needed to really pull it all together.

ok so i hope this isnt a stupid question, but i found my throttle body and now i was just wondering what else i need to do in order for this to work. im not sure if im going to have to get a bigger elbox/maf housing or if i can use the stock? is there a step process i guess is what im asking working up to the 74 mb tb (starting with the maf sensor) or if i can just plug and play the tb. please reply in a timely fashion seeing as how im itchin to play.
