ML320 and ML430 same engine cover?

Default ML320 and ML430 same engine cover?
After I thought I had some of these engine numbers figured out, this comes up...

98 99 MERCEDES ML320 ML430 ENGINE COVER: eBay Motors (item 300432713562 end time Jun-29-10 11:07:00 PDT)

The pic looks like a V6 cover. The 430 is a V8? Just curious about this.

Please tell. James

The 430 is a 8, but the one in that picture is for a 320, you can see the rivits on the top for the intake manifold, count 6 rivits. on The 8 well ,there will be 8
