Default Need help from you Techno guys ???

Any input would be appreciated folks.

#1 question. I heard a rotational squeak once when I first fired the SRT6. It stopped upon driving and I haven't heard it since. That was three months ago and I have driven the car at least ten times. I figured better safe than sorry but now I'm starting to wonder if I over reacted.

#2 I've ordered two of these pulleys and neither one matches my stock one even though they were supposed to. One is German Fabi Bilstein it's grooved and has the right I.D./ O.D. but it isn't wide enough to accommodate the belt. The other one is smooth and isn't anywhere close to the O.E.M. Any part numbers would be appreciated.

I had the same issue just recently, and just installed the Needswings PSK...since that pulley is removed and relocated with a different pulley...it fixed my issue.
...the extra belt wrap didn't hurt either.

MAX, you can just replace the bearing in the SC Idler.... I think I have 2 bearings here.... there is a thread here that had a big discussion about the bearing due to the crank pulleys over driving....

Thanks Mike, I remember reading those. Some were in response to my inquiry. I gave up that notion when I realized how cheap these things were. However, if I can't get the right size, I should revisit that option.

Zahanma, I saw that as the ultimate solution. However, I'm still in warranty and it's just one more thing they can argue about. An SRT6 still in warranty may seem odd but I bought in new in "08" and then did a maximum factory extension on the original warranty. I could get them to fix it probably but it's a hassle to pull the CAI off and do all the driving and waiting. Since most Chrysler Mechanics have never seen a Crossfire engine LOL, I could probably leave all that **** on.
