Yeah, she keeps saying "Why would anyone be happy for you! Its just an engine!" lol ... Oh well, I'm sure she wont be complaining when shes pinned to the seat from torque lol.

Markus, thanks but in the thread it doesn't tell me where to go or what to do just that you need to get around the immobilizer. Can you send me a PM so we can talk about this some more?

I hope you will start and keep up a step by step for the manual swap. Once I am done rebuilding my '66 shovelhead I'm going to have to find another project for the summer. Really excited about the V8 option in my xfire.

if you want to pin her in the seat you need to try a 3rd gear pull to 7200 rpm in my porcha!
