UPDATE

PULLED THE RCM OUT AND RE-SOLDIERED PER TIGHED1 ADVISE. Car restarted. Let car run for 5 minutes. Came back and had warning lights on low tire pressure, brake wear indicator light, ABS, BAS esp, brake, and seat belt.

Turned off engine to read the codes. Code came back on as PO 600. Car will not restart.
Anyone know what to try next?



I got a code PO 600. Car will not start and the rear spoiler is up. Checking the battery I found it weak. After replacing the battery the engine still wouldn't turn over. I checked the codes again and there was no codes showing after replacing the battery. Were can I check to find the problem and were is it located.

 

If the rear spoiler is up, then I'd start with a new battery.

Wing up could be a battery or connection problem.
If it won't crank (turn the starter over) check the RCM link in my signature.

PO600 checks can be found in the manual.
Check in the Service Manual (HERE).
Download the "2004 Crossfire Coupe Only" version and start at page 9-425.

 

ABS unit may be faulty.

I can't understand why after car sits for a day, it starts right up. After is runs for 20 minutes the warning lights come back on

 

ever figure it out? i have the exact symptoms and order a abs module from ebay for it. thanks ill find out this week if it fixed it.
