You will get a cable and a laptop program.
$399.99 for the N/A or SRT6
You connect up the laptop and get a current image of your parameters, which you then email to them. ( in the email, tell them what mods you have done )
They reply back with a tuned image, which you then apply with the laptop and cable.

( unplug the radiator fan each time, for some reason it likes to run the fan full speed, which eats up the battery )

If you have not yet added a CAI, do that before tuning.

 

I have installed the CAI fro needs wings do I have to do an exhaust swap before the tune?
I guess no Dyno is involved.......
I did a dyno tune on my Mercury Marauder and used SCT tuner..but upgrade to a Trilogy SuperCharger then.

No, don't worry about the exhaust.
Whatever you do with it will make little or no difference in the tune ( or performance )
