Does anyone know where I can find these plastic oring holder. ( picture attached )

are you sure those are safe for fuel, oil and heat?

Buy an O-ring kit and get the proper material for the O-rings and the back up washers. Do it correctly the first time. The O-rings are probably a Viton material for high heat.
