Default Tuning?

I've had my srt for about a month now and have had it to the track twice, thinking it was all stock. Well so far I ran a 13.37 @ 105 mph. So I thought to myself, that's too fast for stock. I measured my sc pulley and it is about 2 1/2 inches. So now I know it has a pulley and also k&n filters. My question is how can I find out if the car has been tuned?

You could email Eurocharged with the Vin number ,maybe they have tuned it?
with a 63mm pulley it should run better than that .

best time I ran a stock coupe was 13.1... you want fast, you need to be in the mid 11's, 10's with NOS.
