Default Oil leak

I have a slow oil leak developing, starting to leave a bit of a stain under the car, do you think this would be a rear main seal leak?

Pop the engine cover/air filter off and have a close look at the valve cover vent caps. I don't like the look of the RTV that was used to seal them.
( wrong color and too much used )

Personally, I would not call that a slow oil leak. Like previous post (Thanks George), check the valve covers and VC vent caps. That looks like where the oil is seeping from.
