Engine Knock?

Engine Knock?

Hey anyone get a knocking sound when you turn off the car?? I dont get it all the time but enough to worry me.

Anyone know what this is or have this problem??? Sounds like its coming from the bottom of the car...

I do, I think it's the mounts, but not a worry to me. It's more of an annoyance. You probably have a stick right?

yeah, but I just had the entire linkage and transmission replaced... Are the mounts broken?

I have it too. Used to bother me, but the more I heard it the less I cared,lol.

I was thinking maybe it could be an old beat up engine or the cylinder is actually bad. If that so, replace that stuff.
