bought crossfire for 7k
I bought a 2004 crossfire 6 months ago for 7k with 18k on the clock,
It's been registered as a CAT D, as it had some minor panel damage which was repaired, thought it was a good deal seeming it's a good 3k under the normal asking price in uk. but tried to sell it couple of weeks ago and had loads of interest, but everybody gets put off by the cat d bit.
I still think I got a good deal, what do you guys think?

If you have photos of the car in its damaged state, and evidence of work done by a professional repairer and parts used, a buyer should have confidence in the car. You could also offer an iclusive AA or RAC inspection report. However, the car is never going to be worth top money and was probably priced right when you bought it. I'd just keep it !
