Hi Andy i think your price is to low mate, i had an 07 SRT with 14k ont he clock and the wife wrote it off in November and the insurance paid me £16,250

Wow, an 07 SRT-6. Now that I would like to see.

EDIT: Do they claim the year to be the year of sale in England? SRT was only in 05, and a handful of 06s.

 

Glass' Guide lists it at £13,300 private and £15,200 Dealer Forecourt, so you did well on the insurance claim.

1st Reg was Jan 07 but it was built in June 06. It is one of the last of the few. Sorry to see it go but I've had my fun, now it's time for a little more comfort. Yeah I'm gettin' old; what can I say?

The 07 wasnt listed in Glasses as they stopped making them so the Insurance company added another £500 for mine being an 07 rather than an 06 which was the last one in glasses

Your are spot on, and it caused me no end of problems trying to get a valuation on a trade-in as everyone kept giving me the value of a standard Xfire. I dropped Glass an e-mail and they explained the valuation was on their web site but only up to 06/56. They'd dropped the listing from the printed guide.

That's a bargain price - Ive been trying to sell mine recently with the plan of buying an SRT. Even at a very fair and competitive price I got no interest trying to sell in Autotrader etc so looks like I will be keeping this for a while longer.
Its a pity, as would would have jumped on a plane and come over for yours as it is exactly what Im after!!!

Ah well' good luck with the swap! I wonde what will happen to yours
