Default Black touch-up paint

so i was dreading this moment. went to home depot yesterday, and was a little afraid about parking where i did, but decided i was only going to be in and out in 10 minutes. well home depot is my toy store, was in for like 45 minutes, came out, two different cars parked very close. looked around saw no damage, drove off. got home and this huge dent gleaming in the sun light. not only that two quarter size scrapes all the way to the paint. i'm pissed.

paint code for black is p41 but the dealership says it doesn't exist. called 4 others, same thing. they ordered my a p40. should i use it. took it to a body shop and they said i would have to repaint the whole door and quarter panel. so i think i'll do touch up for now. but want to put the right black on.
