Default Wiper blade Question

My Crossfire has the wiper blades "air foil" on the passenger side blade.
I always thought that was strange, but this evening RickZ pointed out that his is on the drivers side, as was Tom2112's SRT's.
Does anybody else have the air foil on the passenger side? Or did my car accidentally wind up with wiper blades meant for the United Kingdom, or Japan?

It's suppose to be on the driver's side.

Mine's on the driver's side too. Was your NAV unit set to metric and an English accent too?

I don't have a nav unit, (but my road atlas is in English).

Seriously though, as we know the left and right wiper arms are different lengths and shapes, and my drivers side wiper arm looked like it was identical to RickZ's driver side wiper, only mine didn't have the airfoil on it.
At first I thought they simply got em mixed up, but they seem to be the correct arms for there location.
I was just wondering if anybody else (who had a left hand drive XF) had the airfoil on the passenger side like mine does.

drivers side only on my prior '04... this was the norm.

old man - i wonder if someone added an additional foil to the passenger side?? it does seem a bit more symmetric.

This is what we are talking about, sorry about the bugs I picked them up on the way home last night.
I measured them and the driver's side is 20" and passenger is a 22".

OK, I'm not sure what's right or wrong or if it even matters, but the ones on +fireamx's are just like mine only switched side to side, and Tom2112 's SRT was the same as mine.
I kinda assume the stuff on mine is original, but I never really know for sure since I am the second owner.

Here's my question, is the foil supposed to be up or down? I only have one on the drivers side and when I bought my car the foil was up. I then heard the foil was supposed to be pointing down. I've heard two stories, up for the snow and ice, or down for air stability. Any answers ???

I do not have any wiper airfoils.
Where can we order these?
For those that do have them, are they of any help?

You just have to go to the dealership and order them. If you ask for the drivers side it will come with the foil. Just ask for oem crossfire wipers. They were $16.95 each at my dealership, but since they have a 12 month warranty mine were free.
