Default Shaved door handles?

Does anyone have the door handles shaved? If so, what kit did you use and how is the finished project? I am thinking of doing this and want some info from those that have. Also, does anyone have their rear hatch liftgate set up with an actuator to pop with a remote?

Shaving the handles on a Crossfire would be a bit tougher than most other cars due to the recess in the door to allow your hand to grip the handle.

That would have to be filled, hopefully with a welded in plate (NOT BONDO). After all the work of filling and smoothing that you'd have to have it painted...some colors, like SSB, are hard to match up. At the Woodward cruise we had a couple of SSB cars, and they all looked just a little bit different.

Not to mention...finding a place for a remote switch to open the door!

Not impossible...but a lot of work!

There was a post around a year ago that showed a company that made a door release that was acutated by touching the edge of the side rear window glass. I believe they also offered a cover for the door handle that covered the "cup". I think it was shown on a Crossfire.
