Unhappy Any Pics of the "New" Fog Lamps?

I just had my fog lamps replaced for the annoying "cap in the bottom" syndrome. The new(?) ones look just like the old ones, just without the offending cap. Was I misled by my dealership?

Let us see.

Thanks to all.

I was wondering if anybody else has that problem, my passenger side fog light has the "cap in the bottom" syndrome currently. I need to get it to the dealer to complain........they did warranty yours correct?

I just had both headlights and both fog lights replaced. Fog design changed a bit so they replaced both.
Headlights had a bit of haziness and one foglight had the popped cap.
Dealer replaced all under 3/36 warrranty
"Bill" was about $1200

Thanks all.

I guess mine looks the same as that. I'm not too sure there is any diffference except the cap and support for it missing.

No bugs or sandblasting though...

My "bill" was $275! And they fixed my rattling door. Again.

I don't think so. It may be just the missing cap and tower, but the light pattern is very different. Mine projects a wide flat beam now, where the old ones were more of a "blob". I'll take some pics tonight of the light on a flat surface to compare.

I've had one that popped off a while back.
I'll need to get the warranty work done on that and one fogged headlight cover.

Maybe they aren't HID's, but I can see OK.

And here they are:

#1 15 feet Fogs only

#2 30 feet Fogs only

#3 Up the street Fogs only

#4 Up the street Fogs and Lows

#5 Up the street Fogs, Lows and Highs

If anyone has any opinons, or if I am just really bored, let me know?

Thanks for the feedback.

I just don't remember that sharp cutoff line like the headlamps.

My real question is:

Is the light pattern the same or am I just getting too old? I can't remember!

Anyone with pics like photo #1?

Well duh! I knew something looked wrong.

Do you have the pics I requested, or did you respond just to rub my nose in it?
