Thanks for the compliment! It is actually door edge trim. $2.99 from autozone. I thought it really made the diffusers and backend of the car POP!

How do these get attached/installed? I just bought a used set, but they came with no fasteners.

There is a special plug that has a screw in it, and when you push in the plug and tighten the screw, the plug expands to tight fit. My guess is that the original owner had to break the plugs in order for them to come off. They are made of plastic. I have no idea where to order them from, check with the "stealership" i guess??

FP, try a hardware or auto parts store. Look for the expanding plastic fasteners. You should be able to find something that will fit and then use a flat black screw of your choice. Note that the size of the screw and the fastener are dependent on each other. i.e. fastener A works with screw size B.

I used the plastic fasteners that came with mine but you don't need them. Go to your hardware store and look for black ( I think you are painting your diffusers black) automotive type screws with built on washers or large heads. A number #10,12, or 14 will work just fine. 1/2" to an 1" long will work.

The difussers are a bit tricky to get them lined up for perfect fit due to the tape wants to stick everywhere but where it should!

It appears all the links for the "Mopar Rear Diffuser's" are no longer functioning or the site no longer sells the product. Does anyone know of this rear diffuser available anywhere? Prices? I hear Chrysler sells it under a specific part number, however I hear its expensive. Any suggestions appreciated.

Edit: Also...does this diffuser work in conjunction with the stock accents around the exhaust.

Thanks,

FJP

Here you go, this should work.

(E-mailed myself the link previously so I wouldn't lose it)

(Edit: I hope this was the one you were talking about ^^)

Not sure about this one working in conjunction with the stock accents but I highly doubt it could.

Looks like it replaces the entire stock piece, but like I said, I'm not sure.

Good luck!

Regards,
Eric

and they just fit over the existing bumper cover, not a problem to install...

I haven't done the coupe yet, so if they are still available, let us know...

I just ordered it. There are many more in stock. 204 dollars shipped via UPS with tracking. Its the cheapest I was able to find. It was titled 2007 Crossfire. I'm hoping and assuming that the 2004 and 2007 are identical as far as the rear diffuser is concerned! Excited! Small accent, but appears to make a HUGE difference.

If you ordered it off of the website that I posted...

I clicked on the link on the left side that said 2005 Chrysler Crossfire (I have an 05), and all that changed was the title of the product. (e.g. it said 2005 Crossfire instead of 2007).

Should be the same, don't worry.
