He is using Rieger side skirts for the SLK. We can already do this. I'm not interested in the body kit since I have the ST bits but I was interested in the amg side skirts but I guess I'll just go with the real deal.

I said I would start a new thread for this. I know some of us are only interested in the side skirts. Mayaman, can you shed some direction on this. Do you know who can make these for the Crossfire?

Please list your name if you are committed to the skirts if we can find someone to make them.

I'm in....let me know soon I was looking at AMG's today...I have a body shop that will make them work unless you guys come up w/ something better...

 

How much work is involved in getting a body shop to make the AMGs work?

 

Well, FP, that I don't know, I just ordered a full body kit for my sons Mitzi Eclipse...the body shop owner dealt w/ that company insuring the kit would work or he could return...the body shop owner is a neighbor and a long time friend...he just takes things on for me and makes it work...from photos, they look very close anyway...for the public it may be more labor than its worth, just won't know till we do one....he's painting the mitzi, my crossfire, I'm blacking out all the silver on the XF, my Harley this winter, so he gets a lot of work from me...so he takes care of me so to speak...I will let you know if I purchase skirts, but I will wait if someone has a better deal...

 

FP, did you ask SRT? I think he was the one who knew the fiber glass guy or was it Johnnyangel? Man I can't remember.

 

Oooh oooh side skirts. You know I'm in. LOL

i love that picture ive seen it before. but man do those sideskirts look great on that car. GREAT COLOR TOO haha, but back to business. you know fp i might know a guy in batavia that could do that. i land in chicago next friday, ill stop by his place and see if he can get it done!

he made a bumper for my srt-4 that looks beautiful.
