All lights out on the driver side!

Unhappy All lights out on the driver side!

Its weird but the drivers side dome light, and both front and rear side markers all not working, anyone have a clue to what could be wrong?

It sounds like your car had a stroke! Ask it to raise it wheels above it's head and smile for you.

Sorry, I couldnt resist. I dont have any help for you. I wouldnt expect they are fused left and right.

check your illumination module fuses see if any of them are bad

The schematic shows fuse #4 for the illumination control module. Only one fuse for both sides, front and back. The standing lamps are fused left(#10) and right(#7). That covers the parking lights and side markers.

Could be a short too, is there an excessive load on the battery when the lights are on?

not that im aware of, there isn't any excessive electronics hooked up to the battery that would put a load on it.

Shorted wired would create a heavy load, and possibly start a fire. but that is something that you should notice. I'm wondering if you have more than one problem, or someone is playing a trick on you or something.

What happens if you turn the parking lights on on one side or the other via the switch - Aha! a bad light switch at the console. The parking lights are cotrollable left and right side. That does not explain half of the dome light (That may just be a bulb out (back to the multiple problem theory)).

Have a tech look at the switch.
