Red painted stock grille
I got a Crossfire in the shop and convinced the owner to have us paint it body color because it would look a LOT better. Here's how it turned out for those who might be considering it.

I have a red coupe, so I was very interested in the look. I think I will keep mine stock for now. Maybe a bit too much red in the front. Thanks for the pic.
Now the blue looks much better with the painted grille. Maybe because it is a lighter color. Go for it Gary...

Looks great! I especially like how you didn't paint the silver trim. Is the owner a member here?

I think painting the grill to match the color of the car looks great, but I think leaving the silver trim silver gives it a nice contrast.

Here is a picture of the front of my daughters SRT. She just drove down from Nova (Ft. Laud to Miami), so there are lots of dead bugs on the bumper.

I painted the grilles the correct way and de-plastic welded the silver strips and removed them for perfect prep and paint and then reinstalled and re-welded them back on.
I wanted the grille to match the rest of the car.................which is body color with silver accents.
