I have a similar problem, I just recently purchased a 2005 crossfire and the "I" is missing. The dealership also told me I had to purchase a set but that seems silly for just one I! If anyone has one to spare Maybe we could work something out. Thanks!

Unhappy In need of single letter for back emblem!

I recently bought a 2005 crossfire and the I seems to be missing. It seems silly to buy a whole new set, especially considering the price! Lol if anyone has an "I" maybe we could work something out. Thanks in advance guys!

I'm beginning to think there's no "I" in Crossfire.

I may have an "I" letter, I will be out of town for a week. I will check when I get back. If It is in good condition, I will put new 3M double face tape on it ,so it will be ready to install. Let me know if someone else has one and you don't need the one I have. It will be free due to another member donated them to me to help other members.

ZEBULONP:

Send me a PM with your address, e-mail, phone, etc., so I can send you an"I". Got new adhesive on and it is ready to be applied. Be sure you put some masking tape to help you line it up so it is straight. It is free of charge, will mail to you as soon as I get address. It is free due to another members kind heart.

Default CROSSFIRE letters

I would like to buy rear " CROSSFIRE" lettering that is on the trunk of the XF Roadster. I am cleaning them up applying new adhesive and sending them out for free to other members on an as needed basis. One member sent me a set and have already sent out two letters and another waiting on an address. I would like to get them for free, but will pay up to $20.00 for a full set new or used, chrome.

3. use dental floss to remove each letter, one at a time.
4. clean up the letter and the paint using 3M adhesive remover.
5. re-apply the letter using 3M thin double side tape trimmed with an Exacto knife after applying to the letter.

6. when done, remove the masking tape.

By doing it one letter at a time, it will be much easier to get perfect alignment by refrerencing the other letters.
I saw 3m double sided adhesive tape at Auto Zone. I is labeled for body molding. Is this the same tape used for letters? It seems a bit thick.

Default Crossfire Trunk letters

I just found a trunk letter that I needed on Ebay. There are several more listed, so if you need one, check it out. I'm excited that I finally was able to get the one I needed.
