I feek bad now,,, i may not be able to find you a humidor right away but i will try,,,I can however hook you up with some "AMG STYLE" side skirts.. looks like the price on E-BAY has dropped somewhat, and there shipped in a plywood box
, the lumber of which could be used for something usefull

Ahh, I'm just razzing you. So they come in a plywood box? Like a little casket for the sideskirts. ROTFLMAO

Hey John Book. You could sell rcompart your humidor to purchase a camera to take a picture of your sideskirts to post for us. Just trying to be logical here. Squirrel Crusher

CRUSHER, what sad is that I have a camera and a ton of pics, I lack the computer ability to post pics on this site without the help of friends or family,,those at the dragon will back me up on this, work on a car , change an engine in an old Buick, no problem. I am a man of limited abilities

I got your PM, thanks! I thought you had found a way to make the SLK skirts fit your car. Now that I know they are Dan Root's skirts, I'm out!

BTW, the pics of them look great...from a distance!

They don't look bad up close and they will look even better with the next visit to the body shop for some more work ...the problem is that no add on should take as much professional time and expense to make work. The ones you had a pic of look like a different style, I would never recomend the ones I have to anyone...

I spent a great amount of time with John and got the whole story behind these skirts.
Yes they are the Dan Root skirts but when John purchased them he had no knowledge of the side skirt thread and scam that occurred here.
It was after he got them and the body shop started to reveal the real nightmare to him that he did a search here and discovered the thread that told the story.
After many hours of fabricating more at the body shop they really are looking good on his car now .....but with a high price for fitments etc.

Chasing the perfect skirt has cost men dearly throughout history.

Ok, John inquiring minds want to know if you are willing to say. What has the fitment and installation costs totaled up to, or will be when done?
