Thats my goal.. Front lip will be last but they are coming. I will make them for both srt6s and limiteds

Full kit will include: front lip, strakes, side skirts, rear bumper skirts, roof spoiler, spoiler cap, and rear diffusers. Price will be less than $1500 for everything

IMO, not your best idea...but I do like your enthusiasm for continuing to dream up new ideas for aesthetic modifications.

I would definitely get some of your ideas to market and then move on to the next one.

I changed the design on these just a bit from the last one.. Appearance will still be nearly identical once it is mounted. The only difference will be the way it mounts. This design offers a much more visually cleaner mounting. They will be cast from an impact resistant urethane, so they will be extremely stong- rocks flicking up from the road will not be a problem.

This design also lowers the price tag down to just $125 plus shipping- Paint will still be included

Here is a very rough prototype of the design. I will find some time to clean it up in the next day or two and will be ready for production then..

(it will still include the bottom plate which is not pictured here but you can see it in the previous pics)

Yea I decided on this design while looking at the mopar diffusers. This will blend in better with the bottom of the bumper to appear more as one.

I kept the middle brace to the back side so it will not be seen and still allow for a solid mount.

Just some advice. This is a good first try, I would suggest making the bottom blade thicker and round out the lip on the front edge. As it stands now its just to thin, it would look better if the bottom was thicker and rounded out. Look at the pic of the diffuser on that SRT above for a reference. Keep it up.

I was considering something like that.. I may double the thickness of the plate I have now, but I do not like the Startech one. I feel that that one is a little too thick. I want something in the middle...

Yeah thats cool, just make it thicker, maybe taper it to the ends, but definitely round out the leading edge and then taper it to thin on the inside near the muffler.

here is an updated pic of progress. I cleaned it up and got paint on there to see how it looked. I am pretty happy with it. The only thing left is to get a thicker bottom plate to see how it looks

I will be ready to start taking orders on these very soon (within the week), so if you are interested PM me and let me know

Once again, the new price on these is $125 and includes paint, mounting hardware, and adhesive.

Dude, FYI, I already have some lower panels molded out of fiberglass foam. They are copies of the CTD panels but with a little difference. Would you like to work something out?

I can ship you my panels and you could make them and send me a pair in exchange and you could sell the rest. I'd only expect a small amount from each transaction.

I can take some pics and send them to you. PM me and we'll get the ball rolling. Mine are finished and have rounded edges and are quite a bit larger. You could combine these with your vertical strakes and it would look amazing.

Post up some pics of them on and off the car so I know exactly what they they look like. What are the differences?

I can't mount them on the car, they are foam and very delicate. But they would make great prototypes. I'll take a pic with my iPhone

If they are foam then they would need sealing before casting the mold. clear coat is usually a good sealer but since it would eat the foam we would need to use a thin coat of epoxy resin. are willing to risk your pieces for this?

Sure, as long as a finished piece would be viable. Taking pics with crappy iPhone now.
