The car looks stunning in white, very nice indeed.

I'm not a big fan of Carbon Fiber, but yesterday I came across a White BMW M3 that had a touch of Fiber done to it, and it looked outstanding against the White paint job.

I think some Fiber to the Windshield molding would look great on a White XF...

Also, are those Mandrus Millenium Wheels, or kindly provide some details...

Thanx...

Looks great. This is the best SRT cosmetic feature. I'm glad it fits our NA model without modifications.

Agreed that carbon fiber would be lovely, but it would require all of the rest of the trim (including badges) to be done in CF for it to look "cohesive"... Plus I'm not sure how it would look with the silver/machined wheels. Carbon fiber trim with black/gunmetal wheels would be the cat's pajamas... With my car, the theme is white/silver, even under the engine bay. The splash of red in the interior is just enough to mix it up and keep it from getting boring, haha...

And my wheels are the Wilhelm, brand new from Mandrus. The Milleniums are nice but they have found home on thousands of Benzes and Crossfires over the years... I wanted something a bit different with a more substantial spoke. More pics in my gallery...

FP -- Yes I agree, I should have done this long ago!

Jason -- It's slow until I hit the esses... That's what I'm focusing on anyways with this car. Top-end speed will NEVER match that of a genuine SRT w/o a heart transplant, so I'm gearing the focus to the twisties. You coming back up sometime soon?

Cheers,

You have done a great job!!! I have to agree White would have made a great factory color on an SRT. However you would not have possibly the only one like this in the country.

I think at one time, there was a guy (in Florida, maybe?) that did this to his Alabaster... but he wasn't lowered or anything, and the car has since become a unicorn. No photo evidence of it since 2006... So, until I see another one...

URL doesn't work for me... but I get your drift LOL

Honestly, I think I'm going to do a *few* more HP mods and call it a day. It's already faster than I can 'legally' enjoy... SRT-level power would only get me in the clink.

One of these days, when I get more money than sense, I'll do a Rudy mod... if I'm going to go through the hassle of swapping powertrains, do it once and do it right haha.

I might even go with the N/A V-8, just for simplicity's sake and the fact that more are lying around...

But that's quite a ways down the road.
