Side marker front in USA ??

Hello a friend, put side markers before orange as US Crossfire (he is crazy the whites European are pleased attractive) he would have wanted to know if your side markers before flash or are a just man sidelights as your rear?

If I understood well side marker forehead(front) do not flash.
Not obvious to understand(include) with the translator.

I gift(donation) t no like to sell the clear?
I would ask him ( her ) the question.
