Question Startech Illuminated Door Sills

My 05 Crossfire Roadster has most of the Startech embellishments.
One of these is the illuminated door sills ('Startech' illuminated)
When I purchased the car last year one of the sills did not light up - my query is how to remove the sill to see why it may not be working. I cannot see any screws of any obviousl method to remove them. Or perhaps I should look elsewhere for the cause before I start yanking out the sills?
Not really important but as it is there it would be nice to have it functioning!
I am in the UK

OEM sills pull up and I'd guess these do the same. But there again how would I know.
