Those images are small buy I suspect they are not the right ones
Those little panels are basically a flat square piece of plastic with a little tab on the edge to hook it in

You can get a left & right set from Rob at NeedsWings for around $25.

This time put black tape over all the edges after cleaning to remove any grease.

Another idea to keep these covers on is to drill a very small starter hole in the tab while it's on the car and then put in a small screw.

I got a set of Taiwan made replacement shields, they have the little doors riveted on.

I got these Taiwan aftermarket inner fenders from Rock Auto. $22 for both sides. They look good and fit well. One of mine was broken pretty bad.

The passenger side splash shield on my car was cracked from previous owners fender bender and I lost 2 of the little panels before I found the problem. I drilled 2 holes and used plastic rivets for a permanent fix.
