Default Paint peeling behind tires

I have my Crossfire coupe since last august 04 and now at 13000 KM (8000 miles) and I love it.

I had a few minor problems like seat heater bottom not working on driver side. It's worth 1004$...

I have recently noticed that the paint is peeling off at the bottom rear of each tires. Anyone experiencing the same problem ??

I thought I had asked this question already; funny how posts disappear.
Do you know anything about posts disappearing, Andrew?

Is the paint peeling off of the tires or body panel behind tires?? Not a dumb question
considering the wording of your statement.

i have never seen this post before...i would have shared my experience.

see if the dealer can warranty the problem. i haven't worried about because i don't want any paint work to my crossfire...the area is very small.

Right after I bought my CF I knew that area was going to be a problem. It was very similar to the same area on my Firebird that wore the paint away real quick. What I did was to use a small piece of the the 3M paint protection film in this area. Kind of a 6x6 square or so. Totally unnoticable but it really saves the paint.

"invinca-shield.com" offers optional pieces of 3M film for behind the tires and rocker panels for the crossfire. i have this on mine.
