Where are we mounting ballasts for fog light HIDs?

Where are we mounting ballasts for fog light HIDs?
I have a couple of extra ballasts lying around that I'd like to use to convert the fog lights. Where have you guys been mounting the ballasts for the fogs? Thanks!
