Default lights

After all these years I am still learning. I have an exterior light out warning on my cluster. It is the tiny light in the upper corner of my headlight. Does anyone know what that light is called and how the heck you get to it for removal? Do you have to remove the headlight?

Thanks

If I’m not mistaken it’s a 198 light bulb and I was able to remove them using long pliers, jiggle the assembly lose, all without taking the headlights off, but when I put them back one of them fell into the assembly! It’s been there lol

I use an open end 10mm wrench to turn the socket and needle nose pliers to remove / insert.
