Smile Naming your Crossfire

This may sound silly to some of you (or a female thing?), but have any of you named your Crossfire? I belong to the Miata forum and over the years, most people name their Miatas.

I finally have named my Crossfire. "Beeblebrox". LOL. For some reason, it's a fitting name for "him". Since my Miata is a "girl" named "Krikkit", I just had to name my Crossfire, too.

ROFL! "Beeblebrox" comes from the story "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy".

Have they learned their names yet? Do they come when you call?

LOL Yes... but only when they're hungry (for fuel).

When I had the coupe, my seven year old daughter christened her "Little White" (she names all of our vehicles). She wasn't too happy to see her go (little kids don't like changes) but soon warmed up to "Little Gray" when I took her out for a drive, with the airbag set to "off," of course. There are lots of winding and hilly roads where we live, so the ride was better than a roller coaster, and my daughter hasn't looked back since.

High speeds on that kind of terrain can be very hard on a young child's underdeveloped neck muscles. I hope she won't need the neck brace for very long.

Touché. This is definitely not a forum for linguistic sissies (sorry Cissy). Now where did I put that neck brace, anyway?
