This guy is using my pics from this forum on ebay, i should get a cut using my tail light and front pics.
Notice his copyright on the pics,what a pair, i e-mailed him i'm also thinking of letting e-bay know. What pisses me off the most is that he used my pics without asking and then puts his copyright on it.

You would think that he should have realized that a photo of your tail light would be recognized by the "Powered by MB" emblem you put below the light. Just not thinking???

 

Definitely let eBay know about this seller... Nip it in the bud...

 

Had the same thing happened to me, except the guy was selling a Black Roadster Limited. Contacted him and he apologized for using the picture and said he got by googling " black crossfire roadster". I told him he could a pic from the DChrysler website, which he did and removed mine.

 

Some guy is using Ichon's car for their Lambo door kit and copyrighting it as theirs as well. I'll see if I can find it but it sucks you have to watermark pretty much everything.

I wonder if you have any legal grounds on suing him. Maybe you know someone that will do some pro bono work but I'm sure he has all of the purchases documented and you should be able to settle on something for copyright infringement . I don't know I'm not a lawyer.
