Ride the future!
I saw one of these little cars pull out of the Honda R&D department the other day, I wish I could own one: http://www.zapworld.com/

Have viewed the 1st link, I believed you meant more or less the practical looking one.
O..k, IMO.
In the 2nd link, obviously I spotted Obvio! and viewed the readers' comments. I quote No.8
