Why do people behave like this?

I don’t get the reasoning behind the two women’s behaviour here.

yeah i have a feeling its a little both. thats a little too dedicated for a suicidal person. but if she was hopped up on something thats prolly what helped. i feel terrible for that truck driver or whatever a lauri is

If I had to put money down, I'd say they were both on either PCP, Meth, snorted Ketamine, or some combination thereof. Or, they're just some crazy bitches.
