What is Kiva?
"Kiva is the world's first person-to-person micro-lending website, empowering individuals to lend directly to unique entrepreneurs in the developing world."
I found this site a while ago, started a "team" in hopes that a few of us forum members would have an interest in helping others. Read over the site's info, think about it, I think we get back far more than we "loan". You don't ever see the results directly, but the world will be a better place because of you.

IT is one of the best ways to help another person. For just $25, a loan no less, you can pick who to loan too and then more than likely they will pay you back. Then you can re-loan that same $25 to another actual real person who wasn't lucky to be born into a life like ours. Most of these people are working hard just to get by, no Crossfires in their driveways. Well actually most don't have driveways.
