And when I left our fair state of God's Country, local agencies were not allowed to patrol Interstates. The State Patrol patrolled interstates and surface roads. Has that changed?

Well, it certainly isn't the first time, won't be the last.

As to our fine state, nope, nothing's changed to the best of my knowledge. The only place where I know I've seen County Sheriffs with radar on the Interstates is in Milwaukee County. Haven't ever spotted a county mountie pointing a radar gun at anyone along I-90, I-39, I-43 or I-94.
