GREAT SUCCESS!!!!

While I didn't have the .xls on my computer, I was able to retrieve it from my sent mail. I knew I was smarter than the average bear.

I have updated the list and sent it out to all members...except John Book.

John, please PM me with your e-mail address or e-mail CROSSFIREsupport@gmail.com in order to be able to receive the updated CROSS list.

Thanks again to all who are participating. Anyone who would like to participate, please let me know.

Why don't we set up a domain name instead. Then we can give out email address'. If one of us has trouble we can email all@crossfiresupport.com, afterallwho doesn't have email on there phone now a days?

While a website is a good idea... I do think that there would be a potential for personal information to no longer be personal...

I can design a basic website, but am not by any means proficient at security for it. If you keep the .xls around you'll always have it. I have a printout in my glovebox...though now I need to add the newly updated list.

Will send out another update to those participating before next weekend. More people need to get on board. AAA has nothing on us!

Oh I'm not talking about building a website. For my family I've set up a domain for emails, firstname@lastname.com it makes it easier to keep up with everyone. We can send out messages by just typing all@lastname.com and everyone gets the message. It's basically like setting up an exchange server for a work environment but I use gmail instead.

That could work, and you could probably set up an exchage of all@crossfiresupport.com as well as assign each individual member their own username@crossfiresupport.com which would allow for people to send specific people e-mails based on where they are when they need the assistance.

The only issue I see personally is one of maintenance, if anyone else is like me I have about 6 different e-mail accounts I regularly keep up with (3-Gmail, 1-Work, 1-Website, 1-CROSS)

Updated 1st post to reflect current participants.

So addidng another one for me to keep a consistant eye on seems like it may get a bit overtaxing...but then again, maybe I'm the only noob around here with that many e-mail accounts...

...oooo and don't forget the e-mail accounts I don't check where I send random people wanting my e-mail to (SPAM).

Lol, I have 2 Work, and 1 person/family that I keep up with. And 1 I use for spam (hotmail). On my iphone I just monitor the 3.

I will have to locate the .xls of everyone who has joined. I have wiped my computer and installed Windows7 since we started this. I will send out a new list shortly.

When I can get back home from work today I will access the e-mail account, update the .xls and send it out to each person on the list so they have an updated list. There are several that need to be added, just haven't had the appropriate time lately. Will update this evening, hopefully.
