Default Lunar Eclipse

I'm not sure how many of you were able to see the lunar eclipse last night, but it was awesome. My camera didn't take the best photos, but you can see the progression here:

This was really neat to see. I'm sure I looked like an idiot in my pajamas with the dog staring at the sky with my phone in my hand at 3am. It was cool to know that you were looking up at the same time. I thought that my whole neighborhood would be out there, but it was just me in the street. Did anyone else stay up to watch the eclipse?

It was cold and overcast here in St louis. Still I was out there lookin' foolish as well.
No one was there to see my PJ's, so it worked out well for eveyone.

Freezing rain, and cloudy here.

The only eclipse I saw was Da Bears over the Vikings.

I got up around 3:15 AM, but it was totally overcast. A couple nites before, it was crystal clear out, and so bright that I could have documented the whole thing with my camcorder.

Clouds finally broke here in time to see the last sliver of shadow on the edge of the moon. It was still an amazing sight.

Didn't mind the cold, but being overcast really sucked...the dogs didn't seem to mind me being out there, but they did seem to wonder if I was spotting a squirrel or raccoon in the trees for them.

Just like GDC - cloudy with snow & freezing drizzle; crappy frackin' night - so no eclipse for me.
On the other hand, we see an eclipse nearly every day when the neighbor lady down the block walks her dog !

That was soooo wrong........
