I saw theTMS thread and remembered how much fun the weekend was traveling with Jane to Fort Worth Texas.

There hasn't been activity from Jane since November 2010.

Anybody have news I missed.

She's honing her skill on the dragon right now. She was pissed that I was able to keep my nose shoved up her tailpipes on the dragon in the Fall so she's vowed to never let that happen again... or she's going to kick my ***. I don't remember.

 

I don't have a clue but I miss her and I've never met her. I imagine she's really gotten into Chump Car racing and is being consumed by the fever.

I have to truck through that area Wednesday. I should try to call her.

 

Jane's last login was 1/11/2011. I miss her too and enjoyed meeting her at TMS. I guess she's busy being a doctor these days.

 

Yeah, I see a posting November 26th. I missread her last loggin date.
Got concerned.

Still she has been darn quiet.

A good lady, a good friend and usually more active.

If I raised a false alarm, my bad.

 

Weather has sucked big time this year in Indiana. Snow all through December. Melted right after Christmas, snowed again, and getting colder by the day. Sub zero by Saturday. This has kept a lot of people out of the mood to do much, but work. Winter sucks.

 

I sent her an email and asked her to drop in and say hello here

 

We found Her. Alive and well. Crumpy spoke with her this morning via phone.

Jane Bridges had the nerve to spend some time in the Virgin Islands. And not take anyone of her Crossie friends with her.

The nerve of some people.

Apparently she wanted to learn how to endurance swim. Possibly it is more comfortable there than in the Wabash river right now. Wussie Lame miss Jane. Lame.

Her health is fine, she is having a good time and she plans to resume racing in Savanah end of next month.

Virgin Islands not withsatnding, how could she be having fun without her Crossie friends? to borrow a famous line from an old, classic western...
"Come back Shane, Come Back."

 

I wish I had 10% of Jane's energy & fearlessness. She is Doctor, Lawyer & Indian Chief + race car drive, white water rater & now endurance swimmer. What a neat lady!!!

 

Jane is one of the goodies around here ! Maybe we should all go see her down in the warm weather ! maybe not ! somthing just pop into my head ! Frank in a Thong !!!!!!!LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!

 

OUCH!,....but I have one better...I am heading to the islands next week. Doc in speedos w/ suspenders on a moped.....what do you think?

Glad to hear that Jane is doing great spending time in the island sun. I totally agree with Kims assesment, Jane is surley a special lady.

All that talk about the speedos brought back the only unpleasant memories of our Fun Ship vacation last year. Can you say speedos on the lido. Mostly on 80+ not so healthy gentelmen. I had to learned a new route to the ice cream machine.

 

I think I need to come with you and take a lot of pictures to post on the forum and Facebook...LOL
